Yummy breakfast and the queen room is pretty practical. The kitchenette is handy and the bathroom is especially good. This place is in a great location, close to the railway track, yet it's very quiet. 🚂

Enjoyed Hikkaduwa, the hotel was charming small and modern directly next to the train tracks. Our rooms were functional and newly remodelled, with balcony. The location of the venue was very central, near the railway track, and a restaurant...

We loved the lively atmosphere with the train passing by just in front of our balcony. It was a unique and fun experience for the whole family. The continental and western breakfast choices were great. The location near the main street with plenty of restaurants, ATMs, and massage options was convenient. Plus, the beach across the main road was not crowded and had high waves.
We felt immediately at home with the warm welcome from the manager Lakshan. There were no complaints at all during our stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were considering all the amenities they provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a refrigerator and tea/coffee-making facilities. The bathrooms were modern and easily the best we've encountered on our travels. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal. Situated in the center of Hikkaduwa, it was just a short walk to the beach and close to all the popular tourist spots. But the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. From their excellent service to the delicious breakfast they served, everything was absolutely perfect.
No complaints at all, everything was just fine.

Located next to the train tracks, expect to be woken on the hour from 4 am. Conveniently situated near a vibrant main street full of nice restaurants.
Some rooms can be noisy, especially if you're next to a TV or vocal neighbors.

We had a wonderful city break in Sri Lanka, and the accommodation was just perfect. the room was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge, which was great for keeping drinks cool. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options such as toast, eggs, and fruit juice available daily. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and close to local amenities. the staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to offer advice and assistance.
It was a bit of an eyesore, but luckily we didn't spend too much time on the balcony.
